I’m Charlee.

I’m a certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6) and a mum of two who understands just how exhausting the early years can feel.

My work is rooted in a whole-child approach – blending evidence-based sleep science with gentle, responsive strategies that honour your child’s development and your parenting style.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sleep plans. I believe in thoughtful, individualised support that brings calm and builds the confidence needed for lasting change.

What makes me different?

I combine sleep science with a responsive, child-focused approach. No cry-it-out, no controlled crying, no rigid routines - just gentle, evidence-based strategies that support secure attachment and your child’s development.

In addition to sleep schedules and routines, I take a whole-child perspective, including your child’s emotional well-being, development, and your family’s parenting style. I also consider all the factors that can affect sleep, such as sleep environment, nutrition, feeding challenges, and anxiety.
